Living a Life Touch-Starved; Some People Look For Rest More Than Sex
I have found that sex work often has very little to do with sex. When a lack of intimacy creates an itch, sex is usually just foreplay for what really scratches it just right. Some people carry an exhaustion so deep it settles into their posture, their movement, and mentality. They’ve spent months performing, be it for work, a relationship, a responsibility, professionalism, or confidence. It’s not something intense or stimulation that they desire, but relief. True release. An exhale that’s not borrowed from another moment, meant to be repaid. A moment in time they don’t have to be anything for anyone.
While it’s a lot of fun to get warm blooded, many of the most virile men I share my time with moan in the moments you’d least expect. It’s not in the hot, sticky release of an orgasm, or a climactic movement meant for my own pleasure. It’s in the rubbing of his calves after he removes his boots. It lives in the back of his throat in the minutes after, as he lays his head into my lap and allows me to massage his scalp. The moment of relief comes when his heart is held, even by a stranger, in earnest.
We give him a moment to enjoy the pleasure, the sensation of relaxation. We give him a safe way to grasp at his cravings, to lean in and lose himself in them. We give him a peace that can’t be called sex.

I’ve seen it in every person, in any situation. Men, women, married, single. During my time as a hairstylist, I wad even then the breaker of touch starvation. The moment a wave of goosebumps climbs your arms before the shampoo, as I comb through your hair. It doesn’t matter who and why, only that in that moment it is safe to be touched, and to enjoy it.
Here at the ranch I can take that moment and amplify it in a way that lasts longer than a weekend, that undoes a month of rigid performance and survival.
Desire can be found in the eyes of a stranger on the subway, in the subtle flirting of a friend at a dinner party. It can be commanded and demanded on a dime online and at your local adult clubs. You can find it in a fictional character. The world has no shortage of desire.
Comfort is much less abundant. While desire captivates you with a halo of light surrounding the object of your dreams, comfort is elusive and caught in the short flashing moments when that halo hits your gaze just right. It’s often hidden, protected, and waiting to be coaxed out when the moment allows. These are the two sides of the coin we call intimacy.
When someone wants a show, we put on a show. We’ve been doing this for decades upon stages, movie sets, and laptop screens. When someone wants something deeper, a connection that’s real and timeless, then they may have to look through the spotlight for a hidden gleam. This gleam, something more than just spectacle, but a warmth to fall into amidst the show, is what we try to offer here at the ranches.
Not every patron may understand when they arrive, but by the time they leave it should be clear the difference of what we offer here. How does one ask for a gentleness without a name? Who knows to say when they enter my room that what they’re really looking for is rest? Very few of us know, just as the wave of goosebumps catches us by surprise once the haircut begins.
If you’re interested in having an experience with me that’s centered around releasing what you’ve had to carry for so long, take a look at my schedule and book a moment just for you.
